Hello folks… you may be wondering where I am, and what I am currently doing. After I left my DTS school in Hawaii, I went home for a few months. While I was home, I spent a lot of time catching up with old friends, working, and asking God what I should do next. After a bit I decided to do another school, this time in England (That is where I am currently). It is a 9 month school that focuses on inductively studying the Bible to hopefully give me a firm foundation. This school is called School of Biblical Studies (SBS) and it is also with the program Youth With a Mission (YWAM).
Sooo Chloe what are you doing in this school?? Glad you asked! So we are doing something called the inductive method and that basically means that we are looking at the Bible and doing research on what it would have meant to the original readers so that I can learn to apply it to myself in the modern day. So for the last 3 months I have been diving into the New Testament. I will start back again in mid January.

It has been an intense school, many late nights, and early mornings. I will be putting in 40 to 60 hours of work in a week. Tea is getting me through this school (and Jesus) But I am very grateful to be here, and take this time to actually learn what I believe in and why. Also good news! Ceali, one of my friends from DTS is doing this school with me!!!

A few weeks ago I got to be a part of a base outreach for the local community. It is called Winter wonderland. We had a lot going on today, from a fancy bus full of video games, an accurate description of Jesus’ nativity scene, and a full blown walk through of the story of Narnia. Narnia was so cool, there were actors, and guides helping people go through the story to show them about Jesus in a different way. At the end of the walkthrough the people got a crown with a prophetic name to show them how God sees them. The names would say something like precious, beautiful or seen. I got the privilege of playing the White Witch, and taught the people about temptation.
I am sooo excited!! Gwen will be joining me in England soon and will be doing a discipleship training school (DTS) like the one I just came back from. Instead of Hawaii she chose to do it in this cold place because I am here… I guess she loves me :)
1 Peter 3:15 “but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect,”
Prayer request
That my finances will not run out.
That I will not get homesick while I am away.
That I will continue to have energy and joy for this school.
That this school can give me a good foundation that I can hold on to for the rest of my life.
